Almost our entire collection is made to order, we create a personal production for each placed order.  For this reason, we do not accept returns.  We offer exchanges for size or if there is a printing error on the piece. 


We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.  If a product is returned that has been worn or washed, it will be donated to charity.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 If you want to make an exchange for size or a printing error please email cs@elevatecrew.com and include your order number.  Please note you are responsible for return shipping unless it’s due to printer error.  Invoice, receipt or proof of purchase must be included in packaging.  Thank you!
